We aim to ship your order as soon as possible; Our normal delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (mainland UK). Please note that deliveries will normally be made between 8am ana 6pm Monday to Friday and for larger items these must be signed for. If for any reason the carrier is unable to deliver they will leave a card giving you further delivery options. However, you can always give an alterntive shipping address if you wish (neighbour or work place are commonlly used) where a person is available to sign and take delivery.

There is no right or wrong here! Use the a weight that you know feels confortable is our basic answer. In gerneral, when having your ball custom fit it will feel at least a pound lighter than a house ball that wasn't made to fit you.
