Returns Policy
At Jedi bowling, we offer you a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund (return costs are the senders responsibility, exceptions are if the goods were faulty then we will either refund reasonable postage costs or arrange collection). Where a product has been customised (examples are: embroidered shirt, bowling ball with drilling) then these may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please return the goods with the following information:
Your name
Your order number
Your address
Contact telephone number
Email address
Description of goods being returned
Reason for returning goods
Whether you want a refund or a replacement (and size/colour of replacement).
As soon as we receive the goods we will action your request. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your credit card no later than three working days following receipt of the returned goods and any replacement goods held in stock will be despatched within three working days. If your return was not our error we will subtract the cost of shipping from your return.
If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of placing the order or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer), exceptions are where a product has been customised (examples are: embroidered shirt, bowling ball with drilling) then these may not be returned unless faulty. If you do cancel then please follow the returns procedure listed above, upon receipt of your returned order we will process your refund.
